Two remakes have been birthed this afternoon. A slightly stronger than before Beer 5.2 turned out to reach 6.6% ABV. The working name for this will be Beer 5.2 - Heavy Weaponry.

The second remake is our saison which at the first time was ruined by our addition of fruit. This time it is no fruits and the taste reminds us of a belgian but not quite as sweet on the tounge.

First attempt at an ESB (English Strong Bitter) and a small batch of our Red Rider. The ESB will get a few days of storage in a whisky barrel (Swedish oak and bourbon). We are eagerly waiting for the results from this beer and it will be a long 6 weeks until the first sip will be ready

We have been slacking with our webpage updates but not our brewing. Last month we have bottled a whopping 350 bottles of beer (close to 120 litres). Before that we have also made another batch of our Double IPA. Check out our warehouse page to view our storage and our beers page for info about the newest and eventually planned brews.

150 bottles of Session IPA made it into bottles this day. A few with mango, a few with Simcoe (hop) and most of them as a light IPA.

Warehouse is now updated with actual stock.

2017 started off with a bang of a brew with the re-brew of our Grieving Native. This will be a batch of 55L ca 8% double indian pale ale. We also moved the session IPA to a new pair of fermenting tanks to further clarify the beer. We sure have high hopes for both of these beers.

The webpage have had another addition and that is the Warehouse page on which you can view our current warehouse stock.

Today we had a very smooth brewing of a session IPA. A session IPA is traditionally lower in ABV (Alchol by volume) than ordinary IPAs and this one should end up at around the 4.5% mark.

We have also updated the picture gallery with step by step pictures of a day in the brewery.

Been a great while since the last update. Since last time We have produced:

  • Red Ale called Red Rider Ale

  • A wit bier called The Great Wit and a milder version of the same beer called Not So Witty.

  • A weissbier in three versions (regular, ginger & hops) called Hochsommer Hefeweizen

  • An american Pale Ale called Freedom Brew

All of these recipies is available on our "beers" page.

Latest news is that we have moved the brewery, managed to upgrade our batch volume to about 15G/55L per brew and made a whole lot of tweaks.

The upcoming beers will be an imperial IPA and a session IPA.

We currently have a batch of regular ale fermenting that is dedicated to a special occasion.

After almost two months with a brew its itching in our fingers to get starting again. But we have not been lazy, not at all. This last month have been all about improving our equipment to deliver larger and more efficient batches of beer. We have improved all stages of a basic brew and we have great expectations for the year 2016. Hopefully we will double the amount of beer we can deliver with equal or less the work its been so far. Stay tuned for updates on our progress.

Updated our beers page with information about the latest beers we've made. They are not quite ready to drink yet and need atleast one or two more weeks on bottle before we can try these out.
